Here at Manchester Histories, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint.
Creating a sustainable and fair future for everyone Manchester Histories will create opportunities to learn from the past and create a better future to benefit our local and global communities.
As part of the GMAST Network, we are working positively to tackle climate change in line with Manchester’s aim to be net-zero no later than 2038.
We continually monitor our progress to ensure that our sustainable policies and action plan continue to align with our aims as an organisation to reduce our environmental impact.
Through Carbon Literacy Training staff have set personal and organisational pledges to reduce carbon footprint and this has enabled them to share their knowledge and learning.
Manchester Histories wants to be part of navigating change and demonstrate this by continuing with a sustainability focus through our events and programming to contribute to a greener tomorrow.
