Programme includes:
Morning Session 10:15 to 12:45
- Illustrated lecture about Peterloo
- A Presentation of Carolyn O’Brien’s novel The Song of Peterloo, published by Legend Press.
Lunch Break
Afternoon Session 1.30-4pm
- Selected readings from “The Masque of Anarchy” with a short lecture and discussion on the politics of Shelley’s poem.
- General Summing-up, Peterloo: history, literature and myth.
