Manchester Histories is seeking a self-motivated and experienced administrator to provide finance and administrative support to the charity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Manchester Histories as Administrator at a key moment of growth and development. We’re delivering a series of ambitious, multi-year projects that celebrate the rich histories and heritage of Greater Manchester and we’re looking for someone to play a vital role in helping us make that happen.
As a core member of our small, dedicated team, you’ll work collaboratively across a range of heritage and community focused activities, supporting the development and delivery of projects that create real local impact. If you’re passionate about heritage, confident in financial administration, and looking to play a key role in a growing heritage charity, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate for this role will be hands-on, passionate, possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and be proficient in an array of software packages such as QuickBooks & Microsoft 365.

You will demonstrate a high level of organisation skills, and be able to multi-task, with excellent attention to detail.
